Trimble has released v4.15 GPS firmware for the GPS Pathfinder ProXRT Receiver. The firmware is free of charge to all ProXRT owners.  The benefits of this new GPS firmware include:

• Faster initialization at greater ranges
• More reliable accuracy with long base lines
• Better performance under canopy, improvements to the NMEA GGA output
• OmniSTAR improvements + more

Trimble recommends all ProXRT users perform this upgrade, but caution that you will need:

• TerraSync v4.13 or later
• GPScorrect 3.13 or later
• GPS Controller 2.30 or later
• Third Party software (CartoPac)  based on the Trimble GPS Pathfinder Tools SDK v2.41
